If you'd like us to maintain your web site, we offer two plans:
- We can provide web site maintenance and updates on a work-performed basis at our very competitive regular develoment rate (call for current rates).
- We also offer pre-paid maintenance contracts at a substantially reduced rate (call for current discount rate). In this plan, you pre-pay for any number of hours at your choice. Any work exceeding the pre-paid number of hours remaining will be billed at our very reasonable regular rate. In this plan we will send you a statement of work on a monthly basis showing hours spent and pre-paid hours remaining.
In both cases, we bill in 0.1 hour increments with a minimum of a quarter hour per job ticket.
Response time
We understand how important your web site is to your business. Our staff is able to respond to the majority of your routine update requests within one business day, and in many cases on the same business day. We will make every effort to correct urgent issues the same day. Non-urgent requests requiring more than one hour of labor may need to be scheduled depending on work load.
