Ron Zasadzinski, Owner & Lead Web Developer
Ron began programming a long time ago on a TRS-80 with 4K of memory. He has been involved with computer programming throughout his life, and hand-coded his first web site in 1998. Ron started CodeGeek.net in 2002, a full-service website design company specializing in custom design, coding in accordance with web standards, custom programming and website maintenance.
Ron is actively involved in the web design community. He's a co-founder of the Fort Collins Internet Professionals (FCIP), a local Meetup with 300 members whose purpose is to bring together everyone involved in the web development process: web designers, programmers, copy writers, photographers, videographers, user experience designers, search engine optimization specialists, internet marketing gurus and more.
Ron enjoys staying on top of current web design and development trends by attending conferences, reading industry blogs, and spending way too much time on Twitter (the human filter on the Internet).
Ron is involved in a number of other ventures as well. So many, he's more properly called a parallel entrepreneur rather than a serial entrepreneur. Ron is:
- Co-owner of Social Media Pilots, LLC: A Fort-Collins based agency that provides social media strategy and implementation services to businesses by focusing on the four P's: Plans (strategy), Profiles, People (building your fans, followers and tribes), and Posts (content).
- Co-owner of The Hive: A shared office space in the heart of downtown Fort Collins for creative professionals and small businesses.
- Co-Curator of Ignite Fort Collins, a quarterly edutainment event regularly attended by 300+ where presenters give five-minute talks on any topic they like - but with a twist: each presentation consists of 20 slides on 15 second timed intervals.
- An active pilot and flight instructor with over 24 years and 8000 hours of experience. Ron currently teaches nationally with the Beechcraft Pilot Proficiency Program providing recurrent flight training to pilots who own Beechcraft Barons and Bonanzas. Ron is on the BPPP Board of Directors and is also the Director of Training.
In his free time (what?) Ron enjoys playing ice hockey, watching snow fall, and playing the tuba. He's even been known to ride a unicycle once in a while. Did anyone mention he used to be a nuclear physicist (experimental research) at Lawrence Livermore National Lab? Someone needs to tell him he doesn't have to do everything in *this* life!

Regina Zasadzinski, Information Choreographer
Regina's professional background includes business operations, project management, marketing and workshop facilitating in both the for-profit and non-profit business sectors. As Information Choreographer, she is involved in information architecture, content strategy & development, SEO management, project management, and business operations, including being the boss of Ron. She thrives in challenging environments and loves to engage her strong work ethic. Her goal is to work with integrity, intelligence and joy in every endeavor, whether professional or personal. In her personal life, Regina loves to rock out. It's all about the music, singing and dancing.
Joshua Mulligan, Web Development Jedi
Josh is the main HTML and CSS programmer for CodeGeek. He has been with CodeGeek for almost two years, but has been creating web sites for over 5 years, ever since he took a Web Design class in High School, and fell in love. Josh is also a student at Colorado State University, and has almost completed his degree in Computer Information Systems, although that degree can't come fast enough. When he's not living, breathing, or dreaming in HTML and CSS, Josh has embraced almost every geeky pastime there is, from avidly reading to playing video games, to pencil and paper roleplaying, to creating websites and applications for fun. Josh can usually be spotted surrounded by caffeine-loaded detritus, listening to his much-needed music, lit by the comforting glow of at least one monitor.
Marc Newman, Web Developer
Marc has been working in web development since 2006. He specializes in front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and Flash as well as server-side technologies like PHP, MySQL, and Apache. He especially likes writing regular expressions and SQL queries. Marc grew up near Zug, Switzerland and then in Lincoln, Nebraska where he later received a degree in mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In 2010, he moved to Fort Collins, Colorado. Other than programming, Marc reads, tries (and sometimes succeeds) to prepare complicated foods, and does outdoorsy things like backpacking and skiing.
Bill Webster, Designer
Bill is both a designer for CodeGeek and is also a co-owner of 1000 RoBoTs DESIGN along with John Patzman. Bill’s background with 1000 RoBoTs DESIGN includes brand identity development, all kinds of print communications, and web design. Bill studied design at the Rhode Island School of Design, graduating with a BFA in design in 1991. Bill's design experience has spanned more than a decade, including running the graphic design department for Bell Sports, a major bicycle helmet and bicycle accessory manufacturer in California, and serving as creative director for Colorado-based Invision Marketing. In addition to his graphic work, Bill is an accomplished furniture designer and woodworker.
